Cooler Tips
Remember to pre-chill foods and drinks.
Put your food/drinks in first then cover with ice-paks.
Fill up spaces with small frozen bottles of water.
Try to keep your cooler out of the sun.

Why do you suggest NOT putting loose ice into the cooler? What ice packs
should I use?
The reason for this is simple, loose ice melts faster and makes the ice chest cooler heavy, thus misshaping the bag over time. Also, the sharp edges of the ice may
puncture holes and cause leaks. Ice packs are available in many different sizes
and styles.
For this cooler, we would recommend the medium sized paks or the ice-raps would work well too. You can also purchase a couple of the small ones too. The ice-paks are thick and if you pack too many, they will take up the whole space of the cooler. The small paks are much thinner so they can easily fill open spaces. The ice raps are also quite thin.
Can I just buy one cooler or do I have to buy in bulk?
You can buy one cooler or as many as you like.
I would like to order a couple of coolers and have them customised with my logo...

How long will my food and/or beverages stay cold/hot?
Your cooler should last all day (from 5-8 hrs). Obviously the way you pack your cooler and how many times you open
your cooler will determine how long your food and/or beverages will stay
hot/cold.
Are these coolers lead free?
The manufacturer of this item claims all coolers have been tested and have been advised that these items are below the standard acceptable level.

Picnic Time products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. This warranty applies when the product is used for the purpose intended, and does not apply to damages caused by typical wear and tear, unreasonable use, or neglect. Min qty for imprinting: 25 units

Returns: There are NO returns on customized products.
Samples: It is highly advisable to order a sample before proceeding with your customized products. Actual proofs are recommended (charges will apply). Paper-proofs will be created before proceeding with order.
