This is a great travel backpack - the main compartment is fully insulated and this bag has a side water bottle pocket (water bottle not included) with cinch closure.

Why do you suggest NOT putting loose ice into the cooler? What ice packs
should I use?
The reason for this is simple, loose ice melts faster and makes the ice chest cooler heavy, thus misshaping the bag over time. Also, the sharp edges of the ice may
puncture holes and cause leaks. Ice packs are available in many different sizes and styles.
For this cooler, we would suggest the medium sized paks. You can also purchase a couple of the small ones too. You can mix them up to make sure all the spaces are filled or alternatively you can always fill in the spaces with a zip lock bag filled with ice.
Are these coolers lead free?
The manufacturer of this product comply with all state and federal environmental laws including proposition 65 and do not contain unsafe levels of any chemicals known to the state of California to cause cancer or reproductive toxicity.
Can I just buy one cooler or do I have to buy in bulk?
You can buy one cooler or as many as you like.

How long will my food and/or beverages stay cold/hot?
Your cooler should last all day (from 5-8 hrs). Obviously the way you pack your cooler and how many times you open
your cooler will determine how long your food and/or beverages will stay
hot/cold.
