Why do you suggest NOT putting loose ice into the cooler? What ice packs
should I use?
The reason for this is simple, loose ice melts faster and makes the ice chest cooler heavy, thus misshaping the bag over time. Also, the sharp edges of the ice may
puncture holes and cause leaks. Ice packs are available in many different sizes
and styles.
However, for coolers (like this one) that have a removable inner liner, you may put loose ice into these bags. The extra liner provides extra protection against damage. Again, for longevity of the cooler we would suggest switching between ice-paks and loose ice.
For this cooler, we would suggest the large ice paks or a couple of the ice raps.
Can food be kept warm in these coolers as well as cold?
Yes, insulation can be used for both hot or cold (not together). To keep foods warm, we highly recommend using ice-paks/hot-paks (please read instructions on heating). A couple of tips to keep your food warm - once food has been heated wrap in tin foil, then place inside cooler (if you have room, wrap again with a kitchen towel to keep in the heat). Place hot-paks on top, again try to fill any spaces with kitchen towels.
Are these coolers lead free?

Can I just buy one cooler or do I have to buy in bulk?
You can buy one cooler or as many as you like.
There's logo/writing on the cooler. Do they come that way?
No, all coolers are blank - meaning that the coolers do not have any logos/printing on them unless you request them.
I would like to order a couple of coolers and have them customised with my logo...
We only customise (screen print/embroider, etc) a certain quantity (48+ units). Usually this is noted on the page. Please find more information on our "Decorating Options" tab.
How long will my food and/or beverages stay cold/hot?
Your cooler should last all day (from 5-8 hrs). Obviously the way you pack your cooler and how many times you open
your cooler will determine how long your food and/or beverages will stay
hot/cold.
Can I place these coolers in the freezer?
No, do not place coolers or their inner liners in the freezer as low temperatures will cause the liner material to become brittle and crack which will result in leakage.
Do not put excessively hot pots or dishes directly against
the inner liner as high temperatures will cause the liner material to melt or
degrade resulting in leakage. When placing hot food in your cooler, it is highly
