Wholesale/Volume Orders
If you would like to order wholesale/volume quantities (25+) or have questions about customizing your cooler, please email us at sales@keepyourcooler.com with the item number and quantity required and we will send you a quote within 24 hrs.
Customizing
We can customize (imprint/embroider) nearly all coolers. For
customizing/screen printing, there is a minimum qty required, usually from 48+ units (the min qty's are
noted on each item page under the "Decorations" tab). We cannot imprint/embroider single coolers.

Lead Time
Lead time is usually 7-15 business days from the signed authorized agreement. Depending on shipment location, shipping is estimated at 4-5 business days.
Shipping Cost
Shipping depends on weight of the item. Shipping
and total cost of order will be finalized before order proceeds.
Artwork
Artwork (logo) must be supplied by customer in an EPS or AI
format. If artwork cannot be
supplied in this format, we can have our artwork dept. change your existing
document for an additional charge.
Blank Samples
We do not send out free samples. Please understand that we have from 60-100 requests a week for samples and can no longer send out free units. Please find more information below.
We highly advise that you order one of the items (please go to item page) to ensure that this product will meet your needs. Since there are NO returns on customized
merchandise and a high restocking fee on 25+ units, it is always better to purchase one unit to ensure that this is the perfect product that will fit your needs.
