Why do you suggest NOT putting loose ice into the cooler? What ice packs
should I use?
The reason for this is simple, loose ice melts faster and makes the ice chest cooler heavy, thus misshaping the bag over time. Also, the sharp edges of the ice may
puncture holes and cause leaks.
Can food be kept warm in these coolers as well as cold?
Yes, insulation can be used for both hot or cold (not together). To keep foods warm, we highly recommend using ice-paks/hot-paks (please read instructions on heating). A couple of tips to keep your food warm - once food has been heated wrap in tin foil, then place inside cooler (if you have room, wrap again with a kitchen towel to keep in the heat). Place hot-paks on top. Again, try to fill any spaces with kitchen towels.
Can I just buy one cooler or do I have to buy in bulk?
You can buy one cooler or as many as you like.
Are these coolers lead free?
The interior of these coolers has been tested and has passed the lead test required.
I would like to order a couple of coolers and have them customised with my logo...
We only customise (screen print/embroider, etc) a certain quantity (100 units). Usually this is noted on the page. Please find more information on our "Decorating Options" tab.
How long will my food and/or beverages stay cold/hot?
Your cooler should last all day (from 5-8 hrs). Obviously the way you pack your cooler and how many times you open
your cooler will determine how long your food and/or beverages will stay

This warranty will be honored subject to the limitations outlined below:
This warranty covers any defects in workmanship or material that arise during the normal lifetime of the product. Any problem that is caused by abuse or negligence is not covered. Normal wear and color fading are not covered. Consequential damages are not covered.

Following charges will apply: Screen Set Up, Run Charge (per piece), PMS Color Match (per color), Shipping and Handling.
Production Lead Time: 10-15 days from authorized approval.
Artwork: Artwork (logo) must be supplied in an EPS or AI format. If artwork cannot be supplied in this format, we can have our artwork dept. change your existing document for an additional charge.
Payment: All major credit cards accepted.
Returns: There are NO returns on customized products.
Samples: It is highly advisable to order a sample before proceeding with your customized products. Actual proofs are recommended (charges will apply). Paper-proofs will be created before proceeding with order. Please order sample online at retail price (or if you feel more comfortable, please call us at our toll free number). Once a volume order has been placed, the sample unit will be deducted from your total.
