Why do you suggest NOT putting loose ice into the cooler? What ice packs
should I use?
The reason for this is simple, loose ice melts faster and makes the ice chest cooler heavy, thus misshaping the bag over time. Also, the sharp edges of the ice may
puncture holes and cause leaks. Ice packs are available in many different sizes
and styles.
For this lunch box, we would suggest the small sized paks.

Are these coolers lead free?
The manufacturer of this item claims all coolers have been tested and have been advised that these items are below the standard acceptable level.
Can I fit some frozen meals in this bag?
Depends how small the frozen meals are. Please measure your meal and then check with the bag size to ensure that your items will fit.
Can I just buy one cooler or do I have to buy in bulk?
You can buy one cooler or as many as you like.
There's logo/writing on the cooler. Do they come that way?
No, all coolers are blank - meaning that the coolers do not have any logos/printing on them unless you request them.

We only customise (screen print/embroider, etc) a certain quantity. Usually this is noted on the page. Please find more information on our "Decorating Options" tab.
How long will my food and/or beverages stay cold/hot?
Your cooler should last all day (from 5-8 hrs). Obviously the way you pack your cooler and how many times you open
your cooler will determine how long your food and/or beverages will stay
hot/cold.
Can I place my lunch box in the freezer?
No, do not place coolers or their inner liners in the freezer as low temperatures will cause the liner material to become brittle and crack which will result in leakage. Warranty Info:
