RETURNS/EXCHANGES

RETURNS

**Item must be returned within 30 days from the date that you receive the product or the item will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

In order to initiate a return, please email us info@keepyourcooler.com to receive a RMA number. Please add your order number in your email. If you do not have your order number, please provide your name and "shipped to" address. We will email you a RMA# plus a return address to return the product.

For your protection, we highly suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier and insured (if package is lost or undelivered we are not responsible).

All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer. All items must be returned in their original condition. Please note - we will not accept returns if item is not in its original condition!

Please remember to include a copy of your invoice. Items that are returned without the proper authorization (RA number) will incur a 20% re-stocking fee. Used products will NOT be accepted for return - this item will be returned to you. If any item arrives damaged - no credit will be issued. We will notify you if the package/item arrives damaged.

Sorry, there are no returns or exchanges after 30 days. NO returns on ice-packs at any time.

When we receive the item in its original condition (within 30 days), we will reimburse you for the purchase price of the item(s) (minus shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee) or exchange the item at your request.

Note: ALL shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

ATTENTION: Incorrect address information/corrections

If any package has the incorrect or incomplete "ship to" address information (including missing or incorrect apt numbers), we are charged an additional fee by UPS to correct the address and deliver this item to you. This UPS charge will be charged to the customer. Customer is responsible for entering the correct address. PLEASE double-check your information before completing the order.

Any shipments returned because they are undeliverable to the shipping address or any packages refused will be charged both the shipping fee and return shipping fee.

We do not send packages with a signature required however sometimes UPS/Fedex will request a signature. This is at the driver's discretion - we do not have any control over this.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS If your item is defective, we will send you the manufacturer's information for a replacement/repair. For damaged or defective items NO refunds will be made. Exchanges only. No exceptions.

Canada and International Shipments Please note that all customs, duties and other fees are the responsibility of the customer. Customer is responsible of shipping defective items back to the US to the manufacturer if you wish a replacement.

Canada Shipments If a change of address is requested, we are charged an additional fee ($15.00) by UPS to correct the address and deliver this item to you. This UPS charge will be charged to the customer.

EXCHANGE

If you wish to exchange your item, please email us for a RMA# (please see above). Note the item change on your invoice. We will send you the cost difference (which includes the cost of the item plus shipping) for confirmation before sending out the exchanged product. If you did not receive a packing slip, please print out the confirmation invoice sent to you via email. Please note changes on that confirmation invoice.

Note: If you do not include an invoice with your request/RA number, there is no way we can track the package. Please follow above return procedures so that we can easily credit/exchange your item.

No exchanges after 30 days.

CLEARANCE/DISCONTINUED ITEMS

There are NO returns or exchanged on clearance/discontinued or blowout sale items. Defective items will be replaced.

RESTOCKING FEE

Yes, there is a 10% re-stocking fee for returns within 30 days. (Item(s) must be UNUSED). For items returned after 30 days a 25% re-stocking fee will apply (no returns after 60 days). Volume orders (20+ units) will incur a 35% restocking fee (see below).

WHOLESALE/CUSTOMIZED ORDERS

20+ items are considered wholesale/volume items. For blank items (no imprinting) volume orders will incur a 35% restocking fee* for returns. NO returns after 10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable. (*Thus we highly recommend ordering one unit to see if the item will fit your needs before ordering additional units.)

There are NO RETURNS on customized merchandise. More info on customized orders can be found here

CANCEL AN ORDER

Orders cannot be cancelled once an order is placed. Please see above for instructions on how to return your cooler.

WARRANTY INFO

All products come with a warranty, some with a lifetime warranty others with a 1 year or 90 day warranty. All warranty information is available under the "Warranty Info" tab on each page. If you have a problem with one of your coolers, please email us and we will direct you to the manufacturer (if within the warranty period).
