How to determine shipping cost.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order. Shipping will be calculated before you enter any billing information.

To determine shipping fees:

Once items are in your cart, you will be taken to a checkout page to review your order. On that page is a shipping calculator:

1) Enter your state and zip code

2) Selection of shipping methods will appear with pricing.

This will calculate your shipping charges. Select best method and then continue checkout.

Products are shipped from California.

We will send your item via UPS/Fedex Smartpost or USPS (USPS for International), whichever method is most affordable and/or reliable.

(4-8 business days in transit): means items are delivered by either UPS, Fedex Smartpost or USPS

In-stock items are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days & delivered within 4-8 business days after that. Total delivery time up to 8 business days.

(4-6 business days in transit)**: means that items will arrive 4-6 days after processed.

Expedited 3-Day means orders will ship the next business day with delivery 3-4 business days later.

Delivery days do not include weekends or holidays.

International shipping is available for “exclusive items” only.

Please note that Keep Your Cooler can not and does not control the shipping prices. These prices are set in stone by the shipping companies.

However due to the high shipping costs we try to combine your orders. If we can do so, we will ship items together and pass any shipping discount onto our customers.

Shipping costs are automatically determined by these companies on our website and figured by the weight and size of your order from point A to B.

NOTE: OVERSIZED and VOLUME (20+ units) shipments will incur additional charges. We will contact you with this quote before proceeding with your order. Volume orders will be shipped with SIGNATURE confirmation.

CANADA, HI, PR, VI, GU & Alaska : Our software defaults to UPS Ground as the shipping option however your package may ship via the USPS IF it is determined the best method.

Sorry, we do NOT ship to PO Boxes.

Please note that sometimes it takes up to 24 hours for the tracking numbers to be emailed.

Please make sure to fill out your phone number and email address correctly on the online order form. Sometimes our emails get returned and we cannot call you to inform you of the status of your order.

Please ensure that the "bill to" address matches the credit card given. Failure to do so will result in your order being delayed by several days.

NOTE: Incorrect address/corrections

If any package has the incorrect or incomplete "ship to" address information (including missing or incorrect apt numbers), we are charged an additional fee by UPS to correct the address and deliver this item to you. Keep Your Cooler will charge a minimum $10.00 address change fee (fees vary according to shipping method).

Customer is responsible for entering the correct address. PLEASE double-check your information before completing the order.

Any shipments returned because they are undelivered to the shipping address or any packages refused will be treated as a return and will be charged for the return shipping as well as the original shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee will apply.

We do not send packages with a signature required however sometimes Fedex/UPS will request a signature. This is at the driver's discretion - we're sorry but we do not have any control over this.

When do items ship?
  • Your order is processed immediately - it is then sent to the warehouse for shipment. Therefore we cannot change an address once it has been processed.

  • Products are shipped from the warehouse (not delivered) 1-2 business days AFTER order is placed.

    RUSH shipments?

    If you require RUSH shipment, please choose 3 DAY EXPRESS shipping method. Orders will ship within 1-2 business days.

    3 Day Express - will arrive 3-4 business days after the order has shipped.

    2 day or Overnight - We do not offer overnight shipping due to the extreme cost. If you wish your item to be overnighted or 2 day, please contact us and we can send you a shipping quote.

    APO/FPO Military Address

    Most items may be shipped to APO/FPO address. If this item cannot be shipped out to you we will email you with this information.

    International locations.

    All items are available to ship to Canada (unless otherwise notified). Items are shipped via UPS/Fedex OR USPS.

    Customs and duties are NOT included in the final shipping fee.

    California sales tax?

    All orders shipped to the state of California will be subject to a sales tax. If your order is shipped to any other state, no sales tax will be added to your order.

    Gift wrapping.

    I'm sorry we do not offer gift wrapping at this time. We can add a message on the packing slip that is enclosed with the item.

    Credit card charged twice?

    Sometimes it appears that a merchant has charged them twice. Please rest assured; we have have not charged you twice. In fact, the way our software is set up, it is impossible for us to charge you more than once on the same transaction.

    Instead, what you are seeing is an authorization on your credit card (which holds funds for your intended purchase), followed by the actual charge that was made to your card.

    The authorization holds the funds for approximately 10 days, and then it disappears from your statement. We have no control over this; it is done by the credit card companies. If you have a question about this, please contact your credit card company.

Your credit card information is transferred to us using Yahoo's secure servers, and is automatically deleted from our system after our business is concluded.
