SHIPPING INFO

How is shipping calculated? How do I determine how much shipping will be before ordering?

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order. Shipping will be calculated before you enter any billing information.

To determine shipping fees: Choose your item of interest and click order. You will be taken to a checkout page. On this page is a shipping calculator. Enter your state and zip code, select method of shipping (Ground, 2 Day, etc) and then press apply. This will calculate your shipping charges.

We will send your item via Fedex/UPS or USPS, whichever method is most affordable and/or reliable.

HI, PR, VI, GU & Alaska : Our software defaults to UPS as the shipper however whenever possible we will ship your order via USPS and charge you according to current US Postal Service rates. We will email you with this information.

If you prefer UPS, please note in the comments section of your order that you would like the order shipped as is. (Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and must be shipped via UPS).

Sorry, we do NOT ship to PO Boxes.

Please note that sometimes it takes up to 24 hours for the tracking numbers to be emailed.



NOTE: Incorrect address/corrections

If any package has the incorrect or incomplete "ship to" address information (including missing or incorrect apt numbers), we are charged an additional fee by UPS to correct the address and deliver this item to you. Keep Your Cooler will charge a minimum $10.00 address change fee (fees vary according to shipping method).

Customer is responsible for entering the correct address. PLEASE double-check your information before completing the order.

Any shipments returned because they are undeliverable to the shipping address or any packages refused will be treated as a return and will be charged for the return shipping as well. The original shipping fee will not be refunded and a 15% restocking fee will apply.


We do not send packages with a signature required however sometimes UPS/Fedex will request a signature. This is at the driver's discretion - we're sorry but we do not have any control over this.

When do items ship?
Products are shipped (not delivered) 1-3 days AFTER order is placed - in some cases items that are in stock (in our warehouse - we inventory 90% of our items) will ship the next business day. Shipment arrival usually takes from 4-6 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays) to arrive, depending on delivery location (which means it may take a total of 6-8 business days to arrive). Products are shipped from California.

Please make sure to fill out your phone number and email address correctly on the online order form. Sometimes our emails get returned and we cannot call you to inform you of the status of your order.

Please ensure that the "bill to" address matches the credit card given. Failure to do so will result in your order being delayed by several days.

What if I want RUSH shipment?

If you require RUSH shipment, please choose either 3-day or 2-day shipments. Orders placed before 10:00am (PST) we will try and ship the same day (*if items cannot ship due to being out of stock, we will email you to let you know.) Orders placed after that time will be shipped the next business day.

Overnight shipping: Due to high costs in overnight shipping, we ask you to email us at info@keepyourcooler.com for an accurate quote.

3 Day Express - will arrive 3 business days after the order is placed.

2 Day Express - will arrive 2 business days after the order is placed.

Overnight - will arrive 1 business day after the order is placed.

Canada, International Shipments and APO Address

Canada Shipments: All items are available to ship to Canada (unless otherwise notified). Items are shipped via UPS.

International Shipments:At this time we do ship to some International countries. Please note that due to high shipping costs we only ship via the USPS (US Postal Office).

International USPS must be chosen for overseas shipping. No other shipping option is available.

International shipments may incur additional fees - we will send you an email with approx shipping cost before processing the order should the shipping fee be higher.

We must receive a response before we proceed with shipping the order. No charges will be made until we hear back from you.

Note: Customs, duties and other fees required when shipping to International locations (incl Canada) are NOT included - this will be customer's responsibility since these fees are mandated by your country and not by our company. Please contact your customs for any questions in regards to these fees.

Note: Not all items are available for International Shipping. We will let you know immediately if your item cannot be shipped internationally.

APO Address Most items may be shipped to APO/FPO address. If this item cannot be shipped out to you we will email you with this information.

I want the package to be left in a certain area - how can I arrange that?

We cannot leave notes for Fedex or UPS drivers telling them to leave the package in a certain area or to waiver signatures - it is at the driver's discretion.

Will I be charged sales tax?

All orders shipped to the state of California will be subject to a 9.25% sales tax. If your order is shipped to any other state, no sales tax will be added to your order.

I don't want to order via the internet, I would like to order by mail or fax - how can I do this?

If you feel more comfortable ordering by fax, please complete the following. Order your item online, then check out. You will be taken to a page to fill in your name address and phone number, once completed, hit the continue button. This will then take you to a page with the total amount of the order (with shipping) plus an area to fill out your credit card information. Fill this information out and instead of pressing the confirm button, simply PRINT out and fax to:

I'm sorry but we do not accept personal checks or money orders at this time.

Do you provide gift wrapping?

No, we do not offer gift wrapping at this time. However, we can send a handwritten card separately with your message, free of charge (when available). Simply add your message into comments field and we will take care of it.

I keep calling and calling and it always goes to a voice message center. Why?

All calls are answered in the order that they are received. If all lines are busy, you will be directed to a voice message system. Please leave us a message as we are notified immediatley (via email) and are able to call you back within several hours (Mon-Fri- during open hours). For immediate attention, please email us with any questions.


Was my credit card charged twice?

Sometimes it appears that a merchant has charged them twice. Please rest assured; we have have not charged you twice. In fact, the way our software is set up, it is impossible for us to charge you more than once on the same transaction.

Instead, what you are seeing is an authorization on your credit card (which holds funds for your intended purchase), followed by the actual charge that was made to your card.

The authorization holds the funds for approximately 10 days, and then it disappears from your statement. We have no control over this; it is done by the credit card companies. If you have a question about this, please contact your credit card company.

Your credit card information is transferred to us using Yahoo's secure servers, and is automatically deleted from our system after our business is concluded.
