Please note that we will be moving warehouse location as well as conducting our annual inventory count from SEPT 15TH thru to SEPT 28th. Normal business hours will continue on Sept 28th.
Although orders will be processed and shipped as usual, returns and exchanges will not be processed until after the 28th of September.
Our toll free number will not be available during this time however we do have a dedicated email team that will respond to any emails that have concerns or questions about an order.
If there are any delays in regards to your orders, we will notify you immediately.

Shipping charges are calculated
based on the total weight of your order. Shipping
will be calculated before
you enter any billing information. To determine shipping fees:
Once items are in your cart, you will be taken to a checkout page to review your order.
On that page is a shipping calculator:
1) Enter your state and zip code
2) Selection of shipping methods will appear with pricing.
This will calculate your shipping charges. Select best method and then continue checkout.
Please note that Keep Your Cooler can not and does not control the shipping prices. These prices are set in stone by UPS and/or FEDEX.
Shipping costs are automatically determined by these companies on our website and figured by the weight of your order from point A to B.
We will send your item via Fedex/UPS or USPS, whichever method is most affordable and/or reliable.
NOTE: OVERSIZED and VOLUME (20+ units) shipments will incur additional charges. We will contact you with this quote before proceeding with your order. Volume orders will be shipped with SIGNATURE confirmation.CANADA, HI, PR, VI, GU & Alaska
: Our software defaults to UPS Ground as the shipping option however your package may ship via the USPS IF it is determined the best method.
Sorry, we do NOT
ship to PO Boxes.
Please note that sometimes it takes up to 24 hours for the tracking numbers to be emailed.
Please make sure to fill out your phone number and email address correctly on the
online order form. Sometimes our emails get returned and we cannot call you to
inform you of the status of your order.Please ensure that the
"bill to" address matches the credit card given. Failure to do so will
result in your order being delayed by several days.
If any package has the incorrect or incomplete "ship to" address information (including missing or incorrect apt numbers), we are charged an additional fee by UPS to correct the address and deliver this item to you. Keep Your Cooler will charge a minimum $10.00 address change fee (fees vary according to shipping method).
Customer is responsible for entering the correct address. PLEASE double-check your information before completing the order.
Any shipments returned because they are undeliverable to the
shipping address or any packages refused will be treated as a return and will be charged for the return shipping as well as the original shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee will apply.
We do not send packages with a signature required however sometimes UPS/Fedex will request a signature. This is at the driver's discretion - we're sorry but we do not have any control over this.Back to Top
When do items ship?
Your order is processed immediately - it is then sent to the warehouse for shipment.
Products are shipped (not delivered) 2-3 business days AFTER order is placed.
Shipment arrival usually takes about 4-6 business days to arrive, depending on delivery location (which means it may take a TOTAL of 6-8 business days to arrive). (Mon-Fri, excl. Holidays).
Products are shipped from California.

If you require RUSH shipment, please choose either UPS 3 DAY, 2 DAY AIR or Overnight shipping method. Orders will ship within 1-2 business days.
3 Day Express - will arrive 3 business days after the order has shipped.
2 Day Express - will arrive 2 business days after the order has shipped.
Overnight - will arrive 1 business day after the order has shipped.

APO/FPO Military Address
Most items may be shipped to APO/FPO address. If this item cannot be shipped out to you we will email you with this information.
International locations - including Canada.
All items are available to ship to Canada (unless otherwise notified). Items are shipped via UPS/Fedex OR USPS.
**At this time we ship only the EXCLUSIVE items overseas. We ship via the US Postal Service - 2 choices of either Priority Mail International or Express Mail International. Delivery date CANNOT be guaranteed with International Delivery. Items may be held by customs for as long as they wish before releasing. We do not have any control over this.
NOTE: Customs, import duties and other fees required when shipping to International locations (incl. Canada) are NOT included - this will be customer's responsibility since these fees are mandated by your country and not by our company. Please contact your customs for any questions in regards to these fees.
Estimated shipping time for International shipments is as follows:
International Priority: Delivery in 6-10 business days (plus 1-3 business days for processing order - Mon-Fri)**
International Express: Delivery in 4-6 business days (plus 1-3 business days for processing order - Mon-Fri)**
Check with us in regards to rates for International - at times we can combine items thus making it a better rate for shipping.

All orders shipped to the state of California will be subject to a sales tax. If your order is shipped to
any other state, no sales tax will be added to your order.

I'm sorry we do not offer gift wrapping at this time. We can add a message on the packing slip that is enclosed with the item.
Credit card charged twice?
Sometimes it appears that a merchant has charged them twice. Please rest assured; we have have not charged you twice. In fact, the way our software is set up, it is impossible for us to charge you more than once on the same transaction.
Instead, what you are seeing is an authorization on your credit card (which holds funds for your intended purchase), followed by the actual charge that was made to your card.
The authorization holds the funds for approximately 10 days, and then it disappears from your statement. We have no control over this; it is done by the credit card companies. If you have a question about this, please contact your credit card company.
